Discover how you can take on your personal healthy living goals with the support of an online personal trainer! Access personalized programs, coaching and support for a fraction of the cost of in-person personal training. Together we'll create your personalized plan based on your goals, time commitment, interests, and access to equipment. Then we'll journey through the program together! I'll offer online coaching, program review, support and motivation to achieve your goals! We'll celebrate accomplishments at the end of 8 weeks - you'll know yourself as a Healthy Living Warrior - and we'll set your next goals!
Personal assessment and goal setting coaching followed by an 4-week online training program, customized to your goals. Your Introduction to Online Personal Training program includes:
Pre-screening and evaluation
Goal setting session
Exercise program plan design & education
4 weeks of program monitoring, check-ins, & reassessments
Up to 5 one-on-one telephone coaching calls
Unlimited messaging with your online Personal Trainer
Weekly online community coaching and Q&A session
Chief-Ass-Kicker services for motivation and accountability
